This unit was exactly as advertised. Convenient to the Duval St, but far enough away to be peaceful. Excellent AC and a fan to cool (and dry) you out from the Key West humidity. It was very handy being able to bike into town. The bed was comfortable; not too soft, not too hard. Very pleased with the unit, the communication from the owner, the location...just what we needed.

The Poe was a perfect place to spend a few days in the High springs area. Spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully curated with all the amenities to make one’s stay convenient. Nothing.

The Poe is a lovely property that had everything we needed. As soon as you pull up, it is welcoming, with seats under a porch. When you unlock the door, you are welcomed into a calming space that includes everything you need, including a kettle, as my wife doesn't drink coffee. We got groceries in and cooked, as you have everything there, but it is also close to town, so you can eat out if you are early enough - places seem to either close early / not open at the start of the week. Whilst we didn't meet Shawn and Adele, they were very attentive and kept us fully up to date on check-in and gave us contacts if there were any issues - there were none. Would have liked to stay longer, as close to a number of state parks and springs, but only stayed the night.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property and hope to stay again in the near future. Great chefs kitchen and very well appointed house with a beautiful outdoor space and pool. Our host was easy to contact and made sure any questions or issues were resolved promptly. Perfect area to stay in Key West and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a long retreat.

Nach den ganzen Hotels auf unserer Reise, war the Poe wie nach Hause kommen. Total gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Umgebung, wir sind viel gewandert und Kajak gefahren.

Super location - walking distance to several lovely restaurants and antique shops It’s just off the main road coming into High Springs so you can hear cars driving in and out of town.

This studio is absolutely adorable!! So clean. Very affordable and the owners were just a text away with any questions we had!!! I will definitely book with them again!!! Zero complaints. IF any suggestions were made it would be to have an air fryer? But when i say the kitchen is gorgeous with everything else i mean it!!! Little fridge, a wine fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker etc!!

The property is beautiful. It is nicely landscaped and the porch area is very nice. The inside of the Poe is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

High quality, cute and cozy interior. It's very easy to feel comfortable here. Shawn was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay when I needed something. The matress is rather soft. Many little details add to the already perfect stay - thick bath towels, well-chosen soft cotton kitchen towels and solid wood shelves, to name a few.

The Poe is an Absolute Gem!
It truly was a stunning place to call home for our visit to High Springs. The decor and attention to detail created such an inviting stylish space. It was spotlessly clean and had a brand new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, just a very short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants.
Also, Shawn and Adele were lovely hosts, super friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations.
Definitely 5 Stars for The Poe Downtown Studio!
