We really enjoyed staying at Shawn's place in Key West. It's conveniently close from the beach as well as the center of this small island. The place in itself is compact: relatively small but everything you need is there and is of good quality (bathroom, bed, well equiped kitchen). The possibility to ride bikes and take beach chairs makes the Key West experience perfect. On top of that, Shawn is very proactive to respond and to overall make this stay a five star experience. Highly recommend Shawn's place!

Beautifully appointed apartment, quiet and private. A/C system on point. Bikes were in good working order with locks. The owners responded quickly to inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Shawn was a great host, very communicative, and was flexible with our check in time. This adorable studio was the perfect place to crash after long days of adventuring. Highly recommend.

Nice location that's off the beaten path. Great neighborhood restaurants and bars close by. A quick bike ride to Duvall. Apartment is charming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed, good AC, private mini-courtyard and bikes were awesome!

Wonderful place to stay! Accommodations were just as described. We were able to safely leave our car right in front of the unit on White Street for our entire visit and walk to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for more!

Shawn is a wonderful host. He was very pleasant to deal with and easy to talk to you and have issues resolved. The bicycles that were available came in very handy to get around Key West. Definitely will rent this place again and will highly recommend. Thanks for everything.

Shawn's place is very much in the centre close to all you need. With the bicycles you'll reach anywhere on the island within 10-15 min. The place is small but very cosy. The place has everything you need, kitchen has all equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a great time.

We loved our stay in Key West at Shawn's place! Really couldn't ask for a better location with regard to it being centrally located to everything. It's four doors down or so from the best pizza in Key West - White Street Pizza - and close to Smathers beach. We were in celebration mode and needed some champagne glasses. Shawn literally made it happen in less than 30 minutes - now that's being responsive! The fact that an umbrella and beach towels and a beach bag were available was huge...so appreciated! This place is great!

Shawn's place was exactly as described and in the photos. He was immediately responsive and had suggestions of places near by. The location was perfect. Easy bike ride (6minutes ) or walk (15 minutes) to Duval Street. The studio was immaculate when we checked in and the amenities such as the bikes with baskets, beach towels and beach bag were greatly appreciated and utilized! We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here and highly recommend Shawn and his studio.

Our stay at Shawn's was amazing - my partner and I had come down for a long weekend exploring Key West; Shawn's place is centrally located, inviting, and exactly as described. He is a very responsive and kind host, and went above and beyond for our needs - providing recommendations and checking in on you throughout your stay. His place is down the street from Sandy's (locally famous Cuban Sandwich restaurant), and also allows you use of beach towels, bikes, and chairs - all of which made using his place perfect for the long weekend. The bikes especially made navigating the island relatively easy! We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to come back when we visit again!!
