Wonderful place with easy street parking and very responsive host. Walking distance to Cuban coffee and laundromat (Sandy’s), a small grocery, and Dairy Queen for ice cream. Safe neighborhood and cutely decorated place. I look forward to coming back again!

This studio is absolutely adorable!! So clean. Very affordable and the owners were just a text away with any questions we had!!! I will definitely book with them again!!! Zero complaints. IF any suggestions were made it would be to have an air fryer? But when i say the kitchen is gorgeous with everything else i mean it!!! Little fridge, a wine fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker etc!!

This was my 2nd stay at The POE and it was just a cozy and charming as the first time. They have everything available to utilize the kitchen and make it homey. The location is great for any local happenings and private enough for it to be peaceful. Shaun was quick to respond if any questions and even provided local events information. This is definitely a number one unit for my future travels to High Springs.

My husband booked the studio for a 2 night stay for my birthday. Shawn was very responsive. He gave me some great recommendations for restaurants. Studio was very comfortable. AC worked great which is a plus for me since I'm hot natured. Would absolutely stay here again.

We chose this place with my husband for a little getaway to the springs, and it couldn’t have been better. The place looks exactly like the photos, it’s warm and full of good energy. It’s also extremely well equipped—if you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including oil, spices, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and even containers to take food with you! The bathroom was also very well stocked with high-quality products like hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, plus thoughtful extras like cotton swabs, cotton pads, and even a special makeup towel. The attention to detail is amazing :)
We truly felt at home. Everything about our stay was excellent—the place is peaceful, cozy, and perfectly located: just 15 minutes from Ginnie Springs (our main attraction for this trip), 30 minutes from Gainesville, and 45 minutes from Devil’s Den. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!

We LOVED our stay! The house is super cute and clean. The location was great! We rode the bikes everywhere. Shawn was amazing! So helpful and responsive the entire trip!

Perfect stay! Super clean, comfortable studio with full, modern kitchen and appliances, nice outside patio, great A/C, even smelled clean and fresh! We were able to walk to restaurants and take short drives to the many parks and springs in the area. Shawn was super friendly and answered my emails promptly. We will definitely be back.

Shawn’s place was nice and clean. The free on street parking, that was right in front of the house was great.
There was a small grocery store across the street and a few places to grab food from.
The AC was nice and cold, and was super quiet. The kitchen has everything you need. Overall we had a great time!

We had a wonderful time staying here at Poe. Very clean, welcoming, and cozy studio that felt very homey right away. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Shawn was very nice and very informative the whole way through start to finish. I recommend this place to anyone.

The house was very comfortable and not too far from anywhere. The host was very welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we were pleased with everything during our stay. The house is on a fairly busy street but you would never know that while in the house or enjoying the back yard and pool…it was quite peaceful.
Parking is on-street only, but we never had trouble finding a parking space near the house.
Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again and again.
